- An initial 1 hour meeting, either in person, via face-time or telephone. - A simple and easy to follow eating guide that doesn't require you to weigh food or count calories. - No gym required and no need to leave the house, just short HIIT workouts sent to you daily to do at a convenient time for you. No equipment needed. -Email/WhatsApp support. - Accountability with food diaries, before and after photos, weekly measurement and weight checks.

Embarking on the Strong & Happy Plan came at just the right time for me in my life. I'd had a baby 16months previously and had struggled to lose the last bit of baby weight and plus the extra I needed to lose as well, not to mention the everyday stresses life brings and allowing them to impact my food choices. I was fortunate enough to start this journey with three other friends and this is what kept me going throughout the process and they continue to inspire me today. Laura re-educated me in ensuring I drank a minimum 2litres of water a day as well as the right foods to eat. By removing the processed and refined food I was filling my body with, I instantly noticed a difference in my sleeping patterns, my daily mood and in general having more energy to run around after my daughter. The exercise I found tough to start with but week by week, I could notice my body getting stronger and go for longer periods of time. Laura's Strong & Happy Plan is ideal for anybody, from the independent working woman to the active engaged mum. You will not require any specialised gym equipment or a gym membership, just you and your lounge or the outside world, along with finding a spare hour to prepare your weekly meals and the short amount of time required to exercise. My body over time rewarded me with changing shape and by taking weekly photo's and measurements, I was not focused on that number on the scales. Had I solely relied on this one element, then it would have been easy to throw the towel in. For me personally, I learnt to accept that the photos and centimetres lost each week were enough to keep going and how I felt on the inside. After being stuck on the big and unhappy merry go round for about 5 years, the strong and happy plan finally helped me get off!! In the first week, I had lost 7lbs... which felt amazing!! The food plan is strict but enjoyable and I found the exercise achievable and fun.
