Ballet Beats is a progressive ballet focused bodyweight strength class for all ages and skill levels.
The programme will push your body to its limits and has been developed to target core strength as well as improving mobility and posture, all using real ballet training techniques that you will not find as part of other traditional fitness classes.
These techniques are performed over a 45 minute training session backed with music and led by an instructor with over 15 years of ballet and dance experience.
Good news, If you have never taken a ballet class it doesn't matter! No ballet shoes required, just bring your determination and some water.
